Srushti Dehmukh started preparing for UPSC during the final semester of her engineering bachelor's degree. After her graduation she wondered if she was able to be satisfied working in an engineering position. When she realized that her desire was fulfilled that she had, she set out to work for civil service. Parents encouraged her to become a civil servant and pursue a job in the public service. Her motivation was never lost and she concentrated on becoming an IAS Officer. It takes more effort to get UPSC. When she was studying engineering courses she was also able to prepare for different areas of the UPSC. Every day, she set aside time for exam preparation. She prepared for the exams for engineers in less than 1 1/2 months. She stayed clear of social activities as well as social media altogether. She believes that focusing on the task at hand is the key to passing this test. She was very focused on passing this exam and put in a lot of amount of work. Daily, she would read the papers to stay on top of current affairs. Rajya Sabha TV, online resources and other study tools proved to be a great help for her. IAS Srushti Deskmukh's book IAS Srushti Deskmukh has also published a book that has been published under the title The Answer Writing Guide. It is available in all state libraries.
